Rights Shares
The indicative issue price of the Rights Shares is RM0.10 each. However, the final
issue price shall be determined by the Board at a later date.

The final issue price shall be determined based on the following:-
(i) the historical share price movement of Sumatec Shares;
(ii) the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price (“5D-VWAP”) of
Sumatec Shares up to the price fixing date to be determined later; and
(iii) the new par value of Sumatec Shares of RM0.10 each (after the completion
of the Proposed Par Value Reduction).
