private school, nowadays kids are so spoiled...? hahaha, really don't understand. Maybe the creation of the "strawberry generation" are due to these kind of parents doing ?

during my time, my ah ma & ah gong used to say these to me - " if you can study, i sent you to which school also you can excel, if you are potato, i sent you to which private school also you will end up as a potato , so want to study, study properly, don't wanna study, after form three or form five , pack your ass & follow ah ma & ah gong to grow vegetables ".

lol, save the 12k to buy Perak Corp for their tertiary eductaion 10 years later. Now with 12k can get 5,000 units

how many tons / acre of harvest you are getting now for your old tree? Your fruits collector got curi your fruits or not? :)

Looks like not only you are affected, those uncles & aunties are making less & less noises also nowadays

Can consider replanting your trees since the CPO not so good, while waiting or our trees to mature , can grow bananas in between the replanted oil palm trees.

Another property development and construction company? I never read anything about their land bank, development plan, location, niche etc. Its Kota Kemuning projects seem to be doing well recently.

Looking at its financial statement also doesn't excite me; No growth. I does have a healthy balance sheet, cash rich, and profit from its business. So I have to look at it if it is a cheap stock to invest by using ColdEye's 5 yardsticks.

how come you guys never though of playing kutu for your property down payment ? my ah ma & ah gong teaches me to play kutu when I was in secondary school. After graduated & a year plus joining working force.... wallop my first property liao using kutu money as down payment, (55 kutu kakis - RM500 each month = 25k++ down-payment) immediately for for first property back then....make use of other people $$$ first, pay them back monthly.

kutu money -there is no record shown at financial institution - BNM wont' be able to trace it, hence it won't occupy your margin of financing %...but be-careful lor, kutu is illegal, only play with trusted group of friends. Luckily my ah ma & ah gong got a lot good kutu kakis - so far no chao lou kutu head case. If your kutu head chao lou, then cry also no tear if haven't reach your turn to use the money.

just pangsai finished, so got little time for forum. reasons....ermmm......like this ok kua ?

1) Long expiry date - 30/06/14 still got a year away.

2) Current premium ~ at 11.5% for 1 year life span CW, Trop closed at MYR 1.92, okla , since there is one & the only CW available to track Trop. Maybe after other market maker start issuing the new one, the premium base will drop kot.

3) Gearing - around 6.62 times theoretically.

4) Status - in money

5) Issuer - CIMB IB, I personally don't have issue with the liquidity & market maker participant if the CW is issued by CIMB.

6) Bid range - okla, different by 0.01 the ask & bid price. Can cut loss fast if anything happen to underlying.

Above my personal view on the CA la, more important one is on the Trop underlying

1) FTSE BURSA MALAYSIA SMALL CAP INDEX TOP 10 CONSTITUENTS - No 1.

it is purely attitude problem....nothing else....they are in denial state that they make the wrong pick / investment decision

not willing to acknowledge their own mistakes & doesn't bother to find out what went wrong on their decision. instead, they will find thousands of reasons to comfort themselves that they are making correct decision but cannot accept any reason which is against their decision , no matter how logical the reason against their decision sound.....failure to weigh pros & cons , probably due to limited personal analytically capabilities .it will not be surprise to see these people compare their investment decision to some famous investor quotes without fully knowing or understand the quotes mean....highly likely they don't understand it at all.

they will try to get morale support from the people in the same state, comforting each other.....comforting themselves by using bad vs worse comparison... " i'm in bad condition but someone else is in worse condition should the company fail "...
