Agree with you, BornToSpeculate. Valuation of these sites which are popular on FB with ads for smaller organizations and sensational news is hard to valuate. With the MS shield buying, it is very fishy. Maybe someone is trying to avoid Media from sliding too low, too fast. Time will tell.

Might be 2 months to ask Safitex Trading LLC to settle debts. If can settle Z/CFO can return to work? RM 50 million is not small amt of money. If they love their job even not coming to work they should follow up with Safitex for outstanding debts.

In fact last year under Z as CEO is FGV worst QR since IPO.

“The board has resolved to send a note of caution to the group president/CEO to remind him that during his leave of absence, he is still an employee of FGV and governed by the company’s code of business conduct and ethics for employees which prohibits him from behaving in an immoral, unethical or irresponsible manner which may or have tarnish(ed) the group’s reputation or the reputation of any of the group’s employees and displaying insubordination or disobeying instructions received from superiors,” it said.
