Najib pls give BM to UEM S. This 1 sure support BN.

Since UEM S also land owner for Nusajaya(HSR last stop) make sense it also own HSR first stop so that HSR can start earlier.

Saman is maximum RM 300. Bandar Malaysia down payment is RM 741 million. One month delay say 5% interest 1 year already RM 3.09 million interest forfeit by govn. Now land price has gone up perhaps other bidders can pay higher price?

Projects given with expectation payment for Bandar Malaysia can be made but not keep delaying. Credit card payment if due to bank can accept payment without interest?

Agree. Lim Kang Hoo(IW City) was rejected because cannot pay RM 741 million(10% down payment). Can Desmond Lim pay when he just bought WCT yet still lose money?
