Most of the people in this forum are angry, frustrated, condemning the founder & the management. Does anyone here know the answers to the above for sure?

But the same questions remained, repeat & repeat again: 1) why investors don't look at this counter, 2) why is it trading at this all time low price and still did not get any serious bargain hunters, 3) are real investors really shun this counter simply because of the meager dividend, 4) why is the Management not taking any action to promote the share and aren't they embarrassed looking at the price, 5) why is there no share buy back as the price is really too cheap compared to all the parameters, 6) why is there no analyst coverage on this counter at all..... Why and why and why and why!!!???

At 39 sen it is definitely a very good bargain. It's making profit, it has high NTA RM1.60, it's trading a low P/E of below 3 time (!!), it has many un-revalued properties, it is a conglomerate....
What can really go wrong with this counter?

in a bear market whatever you said is wrong, in a bull market whatever you said is right. We are now in a bearish market, unfortunate for Calvin....

By the volume, time frame, price movement and any yardstick that you can think of, BjCorp is not a goreng stock. It has become a hermit in the stock market. The earnings, NTA, broader market sentiment have no more relationship with its pricing for as long as he likes. But one thing is very visible, the inner energy (the NTA) is building up... 38 sen vs NTA RM1.60, what can go wrong? It's a game of patience if you want to be in this stock. A hermit is a hermit, shut off & can't hear all the noise, comments, condemnation and doesn't concern him that not a single praise is said.

I buy Mr Calvin's analysis & stand by it. I m not waiting for 35sen but can get 38 I will be most happy. And then wait for RM1.80..... no need to tan-ku-ku for RM10. Let those immortals wait for RM10.

You all read the announcement that VT acquired 5.8m shares on 29&30 June 15? And you also read about the sale of ICUL at dirt cheap price. Didn't these two events tell you why theBJCorp price have been purposely suppressed so that someone can collect cheaply & the sale of ICUL is justified according to the current market price?

MyView, which are the stupid investors? Those who have bought at above 46sen and still holding or those decided to cut loss & switched to other counters, or those who are buying these few days at 41sen & below?

Only thing is VT said have to tan-ku-ku and nobody know how long.

VT, no need RM10, if you offer RM1.50 many people will be more than too happy and for sure no one will ever call you conman anymore. But tan kuku cannot lah. Must do it now.

I have been on queue at 39 for more than a month, still boh lai.

Not bad for BJCorp to remain so steady under the recent bloodshed in Bursa. One by one the Berjaya listed companies are announcing good results and declaring dividends in the past few days....oh! please don't disappoint us again BJCorp.

I am most puzzled, too! A conglomerate with big names backing, with solid NTA backing ... and selling now at 42.5 - 43.0 sen and no body wants?!!! Anyway, just before and after the fantastic set of results was announced I regretted not holding enough of BJCorp shares, and now I am happy that I have the opportunity to increase my stake at a low entry again.. I was lucky yesterday to acquire some at 42 sen. Aren't we supposed to buy low and sell high? Yes, I am looking to unlock at above RM1.00.

Yes, steady as rocks, market up it's not affected, mkt down, it's not affected announced good results also it's not affected.

It's really sayang that the market can just ignore this counter. On one hand I disbelieved the price can still drop back to 43.5... on the other hand I am happy there's still opportunity to acquire at this price after the recent quarterly results announcement. I didn't get any at 43.5 today although have been on queue before 3.30pm. Hope there's still chance tomorrow.

Ok, the DRP has been fixed at 1.91. Sorry, missed that announcement. Now, just sit back & relax .. watch the price slowly moves upwards.

They still need today's closing price to determine the DRP pricing, hence today's closing wlll still be around 2.22-2.24. Hopefully they will announce the dividend entitlement and the DRP pricing today. Then, tomorrow only will the price be free to go up.

One thing for sure is he is very low profile... hardly in the public and hardly any news on him. Obviously still very much under the shadow of VT. PPl are still talking about VT and forgot Robin's existence.

If you apply 15x, even at forward/ forecast earning of FY17, this counter is only worth RM0.98. Take heed!

It's a disaster, saddening. My heart goes to all who feel disappointed with this counter.

Hong Leong IB Research said "We believe GDEX should be fairly valued at RM1.80 based on FY17 P/E of 27.5x, given the strong growth potentials of its business model with further upside from regional expansion,” it said.... Oh! what kind of standard is this research?!!! Pegging a P/E ratio of 27.5 times and based on FY17 forecast earnings?

Talking about Berjaya Time Square, Sultan of Johor owns 20% share of the building .. bought from Bjaya Assets in Dec 2013.

In life there's no absolute right or wrong. All of us look at things differently, from different angle, for different reasons...... I supposed Mr Calvin Tan is right in his long term value-investment strategies.. but we have Chrischan at the other extreme who is probably over frustrated for the counter's lack of upside movements and short term trading opportunity. Yes, for short term traders it's really Boh Chow CCCC.. the counter seems to be in hibernation for the longest time; so Chrischan is also right.
