I was entitled to 4100 EWI shares, and I applied for 10000. I just checked and saw I got the 10000 EWI shares. In addition, I seem to have also got 4000 EWI-WA warrants. Not sure why, but I suppose this is good.

I think EPF wants the rest to think that so they will panic sell, and then EPF will pick up at low price before ex-date and get higher dividend percentage. My guess..
