The drop potentially caused by contra seller as mentioned above. Before the news announced, some "smart" traders already get into position boosting it from 0.8 > close to 1.0. Some of them might not able to hold until the news announced or, they are not satisfied with the so called "insider info". Force selling is expected to be seen since the sell out is not so attractive to them.

Intrinsic value roughly around 0.20. Good cash flow / profitable can hold for 2-3 y.
