why drop so much, I got a feeling that the price is depressing down on purpose. Because of the launching of the ESOS, in which the exercise price will be determined based on the average 5 days of the preceeding market price before the date. Pls correct me if i were wrong. I just glanced through the Bursa announcement.

actually i do not know how to calculate the value of warrant. i just know that mother shares up, its son will up (maybe). Maybe i should consider to dispose its warrant ad. HAHA

darren, just curious why you so confident on the special dividend ya? Higher profit doesnt mean the Company have to declare dividend wo. Sumore the Company in fact in need to fund for their development of BJ project. Of course, i also invested my significant portion of fund into this stocks, the more the dividend the better it would be. Maybe you are some insider guy? haha

You need to understand that NTA=Net tangible per share. Issuing EXTRA shares will increase the number of shares. Hence, based on the formula above, it will decrease the NTA.

That is the reason why some small investor like us does not like private placement as private placement usually only benefit the big investors and it will usually far more below the market price.

However, one thing i like on Malton is that the private placement, if not mistaken is last year, totaling RM20 million is at RM1.00 per share. Meaning that the big investor is confident that this share will increase more than RM1.00 in the future. Coz no one will like to invest in the company with RM1.00, but the market value is RM0.60. SO BIG POTENTIAL.

okays noted. Then we shall wait for the coming quarter result. The time when i checked on this counter, the price was about 0.35. Now become 0.4, surged too fast and i didnt collect it. :(

Just to check, the main revenue source of the company is from the property division. However, all its projects were completed in FY2016. Foresta 2 and Astoria Ampang are still in registration stage (not start to construct yet). I was wondering where will the revenue source come from for the following quarters.

Merely my shallow opinion, yet to dig more on this shares. Fee free to comment.
