heng88 don't gek xim, I just buy in at 1.68=), this stock is quite a potential stock, if you visited their De-Centrum site, 100acres land to develop, and located 5min to 2nd IOI Mall will be complete very soon, unless you need Cash out so urgently, otherwise keep here should be alright.
