Once Ecofirst done acquiring 25ha of land worth RM145mil in Ulu Kelang, the price is going to fly. There are not many parcels of land left in Klang Valley, and definitely this is going to be a crown jewel.

Q4, Q1, and Q2... all increase in profit! This company is a gem.

I saw some comments above about privacy. If the information is already public, and you are just sharing the link to it, I think it is still ok. Just my thoughts. Furthermore, I think the personal data protection act is more towards the storage and usage of personal information. In this case, no personal data is stored here. I thought today is just submission? Submission court hearing you won't get results so soon. Usually courts will awhile to arrive to a written judgement. And another thing to consider is, assuming that DPS board is very confident of winning, and this fact is true, by right the market should have already adjusted to this.

This is similar to the recent US interest hike. Everyone was looking forward to it. But for many counters, it already adjusted way way before the announcement.

Nevertheless, good luck to those still holding on to DPS. Wait and see.

Just a minor market correction due to panic selling by small fishes. The volume was low anyway. Don't worry. The fact that Poh Kong didn't lose money this quarter is good news. As for YoY -89%, think about it... economy, public sentiment, etc, have changed alot since Q1Y2014. There's still 3 more Qtr to go... plenty of room for PK to make profit.
