I am sure Liew has confidence in the company and he has managed to buy so much on the cheap. No reason for the share price to remain at this level after the selloff by those who got them at 12 sen.

I am afraid that I have to disagree with you Line that anyone with a rational mind will not subscribe to RI. I just did by selling the mother shares earlier at RM0.13 and subscribe RI at RM0.12.

If you have ARBB shares and are risk-averse, you can sell the shares at RM0.13 and subscribe the RI at RM0.12. You can at least make some money from the difference.

Rather than RI, it would have been better to do share placement. Normally RI comes with Warrant as a sweetener but because of the huge ICPS, it will be very complex and difficult to implement.

There is nothing wrong with negative goodwill which is perfectly acceptable to the authorities. Those who are not keen to participate in the RI should sell their shares.
