We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 24 July 2019 on the contract extension by the
Government of Malaysia (“Government”) to Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”), a whollyowned subsidiary of DNeX, in respect of the NSW for trade facilitation.
DNeX is pleased to announce that Dagang Net had on 10 March 2021 received a letter from the
Government informing that the Government has approved-in-principle a 3-year contract extension for the
NSW for trade facilitation subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed upon between the Government

DURATION OF CONTRACT EXTENSION
The contract extension is for a period of three (3) years commencing from 1 September 2021 until 31 August
