Its simple, ... operator circulate bad rumours and hire forum hitman like saltedfish to push price down and they will collect silently but constantly. Once they have finished accummulating, they will ask bank/media outlet/hire other hitmen to circulate good news to push price higher and higher for them to sell to weak holders/traders.
