Hi 你们好，我知道有很多人看好Ptrans，同时也有很多人唱衰Ptrans，说巴士是夕阳行业。但是，我想说，巴士只是它的幌子，就好像一间电影院，他们最主要的收入不是卖戏票，而是卖popcorn，而去过电影院的人都知道电影院都有一个规定，外食禁止。

终于有时间看MI的账目了，总得来说MI的生意是很有看头的，Sales增加了很多，Gross Profit Margin 达到 54%（Q3 49%），而且这次的PBT是没有包括other income（Q3是2.2m）。但是管理层需要注意开销费用，对比Q3，增加了4m。
我给管理层的建议是，最好把费用做分摊，分配到去12个月(eg. bonus 12m, 那么记账的时候，分摊到每个月1m)

Ptrans 的 revenue 已经连续3个季度增加当中，加上假期的季节，即将到来的财报相信会比32m更多。

上季的财报由于deferred tax增加了很多，财报有说是 revaluation of property，有盈利当然就要还税，而这个税会在真正脱售业务的时候才计入。

总得来说，随着新的Kampar车站全面租出，revenue会再更上一层楼，我向客服了解了，戏院预计会在五月开始营业，将会吸引五公里外金宝大学的学生前来，有人潮了，生意就会会开始旺起来。

股价目前处于被低估的行情中，公司每年都会派发股息，我觉得至少都该有PE15的股价。投行也给予Perak Transit 平均RM0.40的目标价。

以现在RM0.205的股价，我是纸上亏损中的。看好它的成长，持有了半年逐渐觉得有心无力。
