It is highly possible for canone, jointly with kwap to takeover the remaining shares of kj that it doesn't currently own. Even if it has to pay 4.00 per kj share. Do the math.

Just my 2 sen...
1. KJ deal will conclude only in Fy16
2. For fy15 projected pat is at least 100m or eps of 50sen
3. PE 10 will give us tp of 5.00
4. Alternatively - just adding KJ valued at 480m plus F&B Nutrition at 560m alone will give us conservative EV of 5.41

Don't think AI will revise the 3.30 price for KJ. I think as a compromise they may instead allow KJ to declare a 20sen (maybe 30) dividend to close the deal. This will add another 30m or 15sen to Canone

Personally I prefer canone to hold on to their KJCF stake. Combined, they are the proverbial 800lb gorilla. But like I said previously, it's hard to see how the See brothers can stop the aspire takeover. Whichever way this end up, it's clear as day that at today's price, canone is a steal.

At today's price canone's mkt cap is 360m. The value of the kianjoo shares held by them is abt 480m. I don't see how Anthony seow can stop aspire insight from proceeding with the KJCF acquisition - at 3.30 a share, value to canone will amt to >530m! Guess we will soon find out. We hv waited long enough.
