If based on the revised estimate 500 psf of damansara perdana land, its RNAV is much much higher at 2.80-3.00 now versus its share price of only 0.365... It is hard to believe tat... The only way to boost amid a poor property mkt is to sell its DP no need so much only 10 acres will fm its total 230 acres total DP landbank n tat could bring in at least 130 mil cashflow... Maintain outperformed with 1.50 in the long run...

Hello why buy L&G? L&G doesn't have landbank...they only ve huge cash equivalent only...If u revalued L&G it is only worth 0.70-0.75 cts as they 've just minimum land only so there is nothing to revalue...As for Mkland they 've 5000 acres total landbank tat when u revalue it could worth more than 2.00 per share...L&G NTA is less than 0.60 cts...I m not promoting MK to profit fm it, I m just talking facts here based on strict calculation and data....u buy Land & General u get minimum value, u buy MK u get GIGANTIC value...tis is fact!!!!
