I don't use kyy golden rules, but I has to say he has strong business sense, at least he is a founder of few listed company. His is veteran in business world , way beyond us.
we should appreciate his write up, when comes to trading skill, he uses his own golden rules . he is not managing director of a company, if performance of a company drop, he can't do anything, but he just can sell off his shares and change to other company, because he just hold few %. golden rules just a benchmark for him, we don't need to diedie follow it. case to case basis, the important things of his golden rules tell us. a company can't make more money for certain period , means no growth, share price hardly to move, should change counter. for me, I view his golden rules in this way only.

last but not least, kcchongz don't encourage his students to use margin facility, because he believe many youngster will misuse it. it could kill us. he didn't say margin is not good, he just don't encourage newbie shouldn't use it. in fact, he give credits to those company which manage their debts well, like ROIC higher than financing rate. financing rate is lower than investment raising from debts consider good debt. its actually talking the same language with kyy, kyy said u should use margin ,because u can earn than more what u paid. kc just don't encourage newbie to use margin. because immature investor, have poor" built in software" , when market drop, it will affect your emotional hence u will dump all your stocks with huge losses.

I was a kc student.in this year, he did filtered out a list of stocks for us all based on very good FA, cash flow, growth, cy, cffo, if you understand his course well, u will found that all these indicator is actually backed by very solid business sense, its a common business language. I had choose jaycorp, uchitec and padini, due to excellent CY, CFFO and DY.
I did earned quite awesome money from these few stocks.
