Jaks official statement out to dispel the unscrupulous shortist. They still in desperate to twist the fact however this doesn’t stop fear from infecting their body. I’m not doing the charity work here or in return expect any charity work back from you. It is only aim for sharing to those who just join stock investment or newbie in i3 for better understanding the real scenario in i3. Shortist is in every corner of i3. Many years back this shortist is in Armada i3 forum at the time when Armada is facing one of his worst hardship. He was using usual tactic doing his charity work by sharing his knowledge & opinion on oil market and Armada to gain trust on him.

Slowly and gradually his unveils his true color by pin point the weakness and problem in his sharing, exaggerate it to the impression that Armada is in serious crisis with irreversible technical problem in FPSO and imminent debt default. All his sharing looked so natural and no pretentious traces at all. However all his fear mongering never happen in later. Armada managed to sail through and resurrect later with all major problem resolved. Today we can witness by our own eye Armada is one of best oil performer among oil stocks.

There is the reason why we are too mercy on shortist and never reveal their identity:

Will shortist admit their identity? I never see them doing so, this is the fact.

To be a good fear monger cum shortist one need to have some knowledge about a company when company was in time of bad shape or entire economy in bad time like current situation.

Shortist/Fear Monger(He) needs able to provide some insight or knowledge of company to guide other in order to convince them he is knowledgable in field of company doings. Once he convinced majority he built up his strength and credibility. This is important step as whatever he shared later will be naturally accepted & trusted with slightest doubt especially to those who has not enough info or knowledge about a company. When the time is ripe he will shed some weakness of company and make the non critical weakness of company become an unacceptable level which eventually position company in very bad shape condition. This will later follow by his own fair price target which is at extremely undervalued price. Those listened and trusted him will continue to dump the share while he takes this opportunity to close his short position for profit and buy back all the cheap stock from market as he know that the price is oversold, undervalued, the downside is limited and trend reversal is going to happen soon. Those trusted him unawarely become his scapegoats

You may observe his move from the way he talk, one step by step to achieve his motive. His given fair price has poor detail in derivation and normally set at extreme low side compare to any institution target price. To not being fell into this trap knowledge of company is playing the key role. Study in depth to gain insight by then you can understand the entire scenario why one would blindly give extremely low and unfair target price without rational sense for own benefit.

Be alert of his move. When price downtrending his start to fear mongering, once price depressed significantly his set his lower target fair price so that more selling will continue, from this moment his already close his short position as his understand the price is oversold and undervalued, downside is limited. Thereafter he keeps buying back the cheap stock waiting the price to shoot up for another profit closing.

If you think the price can go down to 0.35 , think twice again. Jaks is profitable with consistent profit from power plant since two quarter back. Let this guy waiting at 35 cent to reach his closing for short position. He has his own magic theory to reach 35 cent. Nobody with sane mind will understand his theory. If you trust him just follow him. Who knows he already close his short position at 42 cent just waiting price to go lower to buy back cheap stock from you.

The choice is leave to you, l’ve no obligation to lead your decision. It is my expression of thought that Downtrend is going to reverse its trend.....

Those in RSS be cautious, price may reverse the trend if you think that it can go below 40 cent. Think twice or even thrice....... close position or else you may bleed profusely if price Reverses with big shoot up.

There is no ground base for those want to mongering fear by exploiting hiking coal price as a tactic to scare off retailer for their own benefits.

There is black and white for all the signed document for Hai Duong power plant: Power Purchase Agreement, Coal Supply Agreement with Vinacomin, Land leasing deal, built operate transfer agreement.
Those signed documents are legal binding, guarantees by Vietnam governments and in effect for 25 years.

The coal supply agreement was signed with Vinacomin for 25 years. Any hiking price will pass through to EVN via energy payment. The margin of profit will not be altered by hiking of coal price. Vinacomin is Vietnam state own coal company.

NO. JAKS is not affected by the rising trend of coal price, as Jaks has signed a 25-year contract with Vinacomin (local coal supplier), which not only ensures a stable supply of coal, but more importantly the coal prices are a pass through cost to EVN (Vietnam Electricity Corporation, equivalent to TNB Malaysia), therefore, fluctuating prices in materials doesn’t affect its margin.

Why management didn’t do much clarification on huge receivables? Wild speculation will ensue if due clarification is not done in time.

One of its low evaluation reason might be due to low visibility in its receivables.

Receivable is big and increase in big quantum. Unless this has more clarity otherwise it’ll scare off most investor. Having net cash position will eventually reduced to non if receivables keep increasing in big amount.

Net cash position with more cash added from coming conversion of ICPS VS high debt and operation sustained by borrowing bank loan which finally lead to default and liquidation

Receivable not warranted for write off yet VS receivables warranted for write off but it almost not happen due to mismanagement

High receivable increase in tandem with increase of revenues and due to new joint venture VS revenue drop but receivable kept increasing over the years

London biscuit defaulted due to unable to pay back the bank loan. This then triggered into liquidation.

Arbb is asset light company ( involve in ERP, software and IoT) not like London biscuit which need huge capital to buy machine and setup factory to produce biscuit. The joint venture of Arbb has seen increasing in receivable and make it become huge percentage in total asset due to its business nature of light asset as mentioned above
