1. Did you factor in the ROYALTY payment to the government? I rounded off for ease of calcs as this is not rocket science.
2. Did you factor JP morgan USD23 barrel on the purchase in the calculations. This needs to be recovered. 23 dollar out of pocket. Pay another 50 per barrel to local government (this includes all payments - royalties, taxes etc) , contribute another 16 for operations (being very generous here) - so how much left? 11 USD per barrel - enough ka?

3. What about the bank borrowing. That needs to be settled and in the interim the loan serviced, My numbers remain.

Everything in Oil and Gas is pegged to USD based. Thai bath or Malaysian Ringgit tak laku lah! All deals are done in USD. So stop you nonsense. Why did not get the loan from prime bank or first tier bank?

You talk about next week, next month, next year. Every counter in Bursa also we can talk like that. So stop rubbishing! If rubbish in, RUBBISH out!

Now go to AGM and just eat ok........you have nothing intelligent to ask anyway. Just speculate about this so call shark and that shark who does not exist. Right after the QA announcement the counter nose dive from 62 cents to 52 cents in 1 and the half day and today is still struggling to break 54 cents. So why not you curse the management of SONA then? Why not the management of SONA say sorry for the drop and bring the price up?

I been asking for a while when the QA for SONA is coming out. Only after the QA come out and I read in astonishment, I immediately sold my shares. Once QA announce, I will decide what to do. To hold or to sell. If it is a bad deal, I will write in CLIQ forum what I feel is bad about the deal, similar to what I have written here. This forum total opposite from Sona - there they are all very positive, here you guys all negative. This counter is totally control by top 30 shareholders. 85% owned by top 30. I have read their annual report yesterday. Compared to SONA. Top 30 shareholders hold less than 30%. So when the time come for this counter to move - kaboooooooooooooooom! I too will start picking up this stock after going through their report last night!

Looks like strong resistance at these levels. Once broken will test new highs!

And for the rest, with the AGM looming next week, we just wait and see where the price end up end of this week. Just remember, 1 acquisition with heavy gearing , no technology to proceed with drilling on industry success rate of 10% ( which salamdar is happily giving away the drilling rights) and in a zone where they are in horizontal drilling to avoid water seepage. So - you have so much to educate yourselves before the big AGM!
