Public Bank is a good bank but their computer system sucks. Their PB Enterprise is the worst of the worst. Every year AGM get their staff to act as customer and cheat the BOD and shareholders. Disgusting.

Their internet banking isn't too bad. The worse is their PB Enterprise. Really f@cks and sucks. Attended their AGM last Monday. Few staff from their Transaction Banking pretend they are not staff and just shareholders. Cheat other shareholders. One fellow Muthu or Muthy claim he has business in Puchong and praise PB Enterprise. Big liar. Shame on their IT system. My company change to HLB and Alliance much better. Just dump Public. Last few years AGM always cheat and insult shareholders.
