Wow! After read the news, it raises more questions. This is first time I see a listed co board allow CEO to do whatever he wants. All these reports means the board of directors all dont know or all gang up with CEO? The 2 coy are directors how come didnt voice out? Can the 2 later follow CEO also sue and report the CEO wasting listed co resources? Some one should send all these directors to class on how to run listed co. No eye see.

Lucky i sold above 2 so i can buy now. Seems like CEO really run the business like cowboy, now repeatedly use listed co resources for own. As for these funny accusations until proven else wont give excuse to play out the 2 shareholders. Time to buy when the two fights.
