But don't know what management is doing since Nov/2014 still finalizing the plan...when it asked for 2nd extension, we knew that it is stupid decision and a gone case...

The Board of Directors of Patimas wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 February 2014 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for a further extension of time up until 14 April 2014 to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and the said application is still pending for the approval from Bursa Securities.

Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.

The Board of Directors of PCB wishes to announce that the auditors, Messrs. Hasnan THL Wong & Partners [AF 0942] had on 20 February 2014 given notice in writing to the Company of their intention to resign as the auditors of the Company. Obviously the p&l summary have human error, previous quarter column gave negative proposed dividend.

Human mistake copied earning per share row into proses dividend per share.

Take it as Patimas early April fool joke, not too bad the curtain will roll down with a laughter! Hahaha

Becoz it is small there is no need any financial reading just invest blindly base on goreng wind, if goreng can so easily profit it can easily make hundreds folds profit, the fundamentalist like warran buffet also kalah Wolf lah....lol...cheap talk kot!

this company can potentially become P17, its revenue is very weak and continue losing money, just careful another Patimas in making.
Very unfortunate to major shareholder CPE, both its investment Asiabio and Patimas went very very wrong

dont be trapped by high buying queue, big player will put a "stopper" queue to give impression of rersistant level so that other people will more willing to buy at higher selling price, at time, the big player will queitly clear their stock slowly.

Once their stock cleared, you will be stuck there...

these people are either conman or incompetant...

the whole saga of Patimas are all due to the wrong people sitting in the management and board, whether past or present!

Scheduled scheme creditors meetings on 18th March 2014 after deadline is 28 Feb is already stupid.

The plan oredi known since Nov/2013, then only call creditor meetings when near 28 Feb, the board keep dragging their feet, stupid stupid...don know wat they doing on the proposed plan since Nov/2013 until now, so many months and time oredi given...WTF!

I am Patimas investor so hope all turn out to be good just like everybody here. It is not question of confidence or not, i just said Asiabio news has nothing to do with Patimas.

Today Asiabio today kena dumped by investor, if anything link to CPE is linked to Patimas, can I interpete to say people no confidence with CPE, the same will affect Patimas? Tell me where is relevancy?

Sorry, i am just be realistic where read information provided here. Hope what is providing here is relevant for Patimas, otherwise, those non-relevant good news just mixed up here to make us shock sendiri and become too optimisme....the higher your hope, the more pain u will fall

Kind of agree wonnksa, i have been locking too much money here if wait 2 years, investor shall consider opputrtunity cost as i lost the chance to buy other better potential stock...some more expose myself in between may have market crash if YTLLAND not performing faster...i will give it another few months to perform!
