Then paid up capital will become 1.6 b shares. This morning will be interesting to see it's share performance. Gap up to 6 cent ??

SapuraOMV first disposed 50% stake in their oil n gas production sharing contracts in 2019 for 3.9 to 4.5 B, the balance 50% is fetching much higher price. Inline with my earlier projection. When some people dampening the sentiment by saying they are only worth 2.3B few months back . Now the value is 5.73 B, and many are fighting to acquire.

The reverse always happen.

Big gun could not get enough stock at 6 cent n below. So they artificially push up, clearing repeatedly at 6 cent. Sold it down again at 6 cent again. Those follow buy at 6 cent would be forced to pick up their stocks. Failing they would be forced sold at 5.5 cent or lower. Sapura is famous to go back ward before going forward. Always trying to warn or kill traders who follow their buying momentum. By going backward before going forward, the next time when this big boy have big show ( upwards ) many would chose to dump or get back their cost. So the big boy will have a easier path moving upwards

Tricky Sapura operator. Trying to frustrate buyers at 6 cent. Portraying very difficult to make money buying at 6 cent. By sticking to 6 cent, and big volume, the only way to make money is to hold yr position at 6 cent ( pick up the purchase at 6 cent) or buy into yr margin acc. Knowing very well many won't like to hold in the margin acc as the broker don't give value to PN 17 stock. The big boy just continue to accumulate, buying n selling at 6 cent. Killing the trader at 6 cent. The current bullish sentiment shld hv pushed 5218 back to 10 cent level with ease. Stay invested n continue to accumulate !

Oil n gas stocks like to surprise people, especially when there is something big brewing belakang. Who has expected MHB to report such huge loss recently. And the big boys took chance to hammer down the stock price to collect cheaply. Now Sapura is expecting result soon, hope Sapura don't repeat this drama.

Opening straight away clear all sellers at 6 cent, in less than 10 minute sell down to 5.5 vs 6 cent. Park more than 1.1 million sellers at 6 cent. After lunch , again clear the sellers at 6 cent, but this time did not clear all, and park 800 k sellers at 6 cent again. Sign of heavy buying at 6 cent. Bullish oil price augur well for Sapura energy. Buyers chasing after sellers....

Mhb fr 44 cent to 52.5 cent. When it was hovering at 44.5 to 46, many are calling it may drop to 40 cent. Today mhb is standing tall at above 50 cent. Continue to climb, way below it's value at 50 cent level.

Covid time, they gave impairment of 400 million. Now almost same, but diff, revenue a lot more ( rm600 million more ) , business more, but receivable more due to delay, so can't be taken in, show a big loss, the big boy dump to buy cheaply. Record business on hand, the carbon capture project secured, more renewable projects coming in. Oil price is heading higher. Next quarter result will show big improvement. Collect cheaply

The big boy is washing ( clearing the sellers ) at 5.5 cent. The sellers at this level is not so much. Many fake sellers put up at 5.5 n 6 cent. Some one is buying back the stock at this level. The previous 3.5 cent to 4 cent was obviously pressed down for the broker to cari makan. Now they are on the way up to 10 cent level.

Time to buy MHB big time, the press down, yesterday, they push up in the morning. Followed by dumping in the afternoon. This kind of heavy manipulation will scare the retailers away. Many know the potential of MHB , price is pretty attractive now. The 2 months consolidation is almost done. Waiting to be lifted up again. Stay invested .

Wah ! Sapura has planned to complete the central processing platform n living quarters within months for India Oil n Natural Gas corporation. Things are getting better for Sapura. Where are the 3.5 cent sellers ? Even the queing one at 4 cent are fake sellers. Time to buy at 4 cent, cheap cheap. Co is being saved n prospect is brighter n brighter.

Petronas is 60-70 gas company, the emphasis on production of natural gas for Petronas is here to stay n priortised. As the country moving to cleaner fossil oil usage, as TNB will be phasing out coal generation, the demand of natural gas will be high. Sapuraomw a natural gas player, with it's oil well producing natural gas in Off shore Sarawak should fetch higher valuation. The previous CEO has spent so much efforts to secure this production sharing contracts will be reluctant to let go just like that. Petronas won't allow this assets to be sold to others. Sapura last had its RI at 5 : 2, consolidation 100 to 1 will bring the share price from 3.5 cent to 350 cent or rm3.5.
50 : 1 is too much a right for the shareholders.
Bursa last have it's bigger RI, Mcement , 10:1 , that is almost the biggest allocation of RI so far.
Can't imagine a RI of 50 : 1.

If consolidation 100 to 1 , it will become 0.16B or equivalent to 160,000,000.00 shares only. Very small paid up. Even MHB is 1.6 B paid up capital. How to justify this small paid up capital? Seems like the share price of Sapura is very attractive now !

Waited whole day to buy Sapura at 3.5 cent yesterday, not much selling at 3.5 cent. Sellers dried up at this price. Not worth selling at rock bottom price. Deal is on the way, PTTEP the upstream arm of Thailand Petroleum, has engaged many services fr Sapura, from well drillings to various off shore services. Luckily Sapura did not sell a lot of it's assets, now they are on demand for various work. Prominent figures engaged by Sapura to help to oversee this operation. Setting new startegies to tap fully of it's assets in the rising cycle of the industry. Future looks bright for Sapura. Upstream co are busy putting their projects on the go !

3.5 cent was a good buy indeed, can't wait for good news to emerge before buying. When they press down, they were buying, sell to them selves, create panic, many were shouting loud wth negativity, still remember?

Hartalega , if taken out the impairment loss of rm347 million. Actually made a net profit of rm40 million. Share price spike 20%. If Sapura was treated the same way, wonder how much it will be trading now? Let Sapura settles it's problem, one day it will shine brightly. Sapura need to bargain with creditors and vendors now. Drilling rigs market continue to see good demand n prospect.

The current trend of the market is pushing down the share prices to very low level for a prolong period of time, killing the stubborn buyers that came to buy their shares when the big boy is pushing down to accumulate. Then one news will spark a big spike of share price. Like what we see on the hartalega n top glove today. Even the morning the share price were depressed, and after Harta made the announcement on its financial, operating profit if the impairment is taken out, suddenly the big quantum of spike of it's share price. Sapura will be following this soon. For Sapura, political factor is a big big factor.

Sapura Energy at 4 cent is only a fraction of its peak price of rm4.8, after losing almost 99% of it's value. Even fr the right shares subscribe at rm0.30, at the current price of 4 cent, 87% value has gone into the drain. But why the volume of sell que at 4 cent is so big, always about rm1 million sell que. The oil wells at SK310 n SK408 are able to produce good n large quantity of natural gas and condensate. How Sapura managed to secure this production sharing contracts ? Credit has to give to the previous CEO, Sharill, if this co no potential, why did Sapura family take up the big block of right issue in 2019. Some one are eyeing this upstream jewel for sure, cant believe some one say the balance 50% sapuraOMV is offering for rm2.25 Billion only. The earlier one was sold for rm4.8B in 2019.

Sapura Energy merging with MHB, or there is corporate deal to synergise both co business especially the heavy engineering business. Sapura will have chance to merge it's heavy engineering business with MHB, a good corporate move. Both MHB n Sapura will be benefitted if this happen. Sapura may get the chance to keep it's upstream business, previous ceo, Sharill has spent lots of effort to build. Sapura can develop it's drilling business further. Some are eyeing Sapura Energy upstream assets, Petronas can easily bought over Sapura Energy heavy engineering business n yards via MHB. If this could realise, Sapura Energy can hold on to it's upstream business n drilling business. 28/4 is getting near

Time for Sapura Energy to marry MHB. MHB cash rich, many projects in hand. Yards are occupying with ongoing projects. Sapura Energy cash strapped, have production sharing contracts, drilling assets, under utilisation yards n debts. Leveraging n complimenting each other, from competitor to partner. Building a bigger n solid co. Waiting for the top guy to give green light.

After the massive 5 for 2 right issue, Sapura has settled many debts and the subsequent impairment after impairment creating loses after losses, the NTA is depleting. And the latest one is negative NTA, is it a strategy to convince the creditors, vendors and debt holders to take a hair cut for a win win solution?
The stock price is being depressed giving a different picture of actual situation. Another 2 more week , things will be clear , hopefully !
