normalisation of pricing. Bring in another investor with deep pockets and contracts, the counter will go up again / 1step after pn17. then contracts in or possibility of contracts in / 2step price goes up on demand. After a couple of weeks, when news is in on concrete contracts...it will prettier I assume.
