If i'm not mistaken, i got mention to sold out PTRANS and all in UMWOG before.

Next QR also no show to see, the price will go up IF they turn to mainboard,otherwise no show to see. New terminal project / bus routine / new purchase of assets will not effect on the price since the revenue will only increase until things fully utilized.

Still believing on those research ? Ask those bankers push first instead of increasing so much of selling pressure.

But for those who have a cost above 0.3 GOOD LUCK. You have a way too long to go. Dont worry so much, i realize that every time after i comment, the price dont know what happen will go up a bit. Then dogs will bark at me for the whole day. HAHA

They wont think neutrally because most of them facing loss. They are in fear, If they're so confidence they wont have to scare on what i'm talking about.

Gross profit not related to investment on new terminal, the increasing of revenue lesser than increasing of cost caused the gross profit decreased.
The revenue increased due to petrol station and bus operation. While the terminal decreased. Why terminal decreased ? Go see yourself.

General and administrative expense down ? Why ? There's new bus route launched, more driver and managers needed, New building bought for extension of office.... Yes, is a good thing for cost went down, but it should make sense. If you're a Malaysian living in Malaysia, is there anything's price went down based on one year record ? Wages ? Petrol ? Rental ? Bus maintenance fees ? Spare parts cost ?

Borrowing keeping on increasing and this will cause finance cost increase But the finance cost on the report decreased, what let you make sense that the debt became cheaper ? I can only assumed that the interest charges were charged few years later.

Once again, I'm looking good on PTRANS since beginning and i bought it earlier that all of you. I sold out all and waiting for below 0.25 because something is going wrong with the company. Did you take the bus ride for every week ? Did you talks with terminal operators ? Bus drivers ?

what you all have done ? only read through those documents and shouting ? Did you went to the terminal ? Construction site ? Know where is the petrol station ? How many bus / trips in total ? Maximum fare how much ? How you estimate their 8M profit for next QR ?

Before i said my opinion, everyone so negative and keep shouting how bad is this counter, after i said something, suddenly all become so positive and keep talking about holding power. Dont believe ? go read through all the histories from one month ago.

-Driver salary RM37 per day, OT extra paid

-Petrol fill every 2 days, each time RM180

-From Ipoh medan kidd terminal to kampar old town bus stop RM4.60 ( maximum fees available within trips ) / average 2.00

-From Ipoh to Kampar, the bus takes about 1 hour 30 minutes ( +- 20 minutes )

-There's a bus within every 30 min to 1 hour

Calculate yourself what's their break even point

After you get the break even point, then go google for estimate amount of passenger, if you can't get, go sit and calculate yourself.

You know why your your friend/banker will say they seems like cheating ? Few weeks ago, there's someone in this forum already told everyone that he went to the Amanjaya Terminal and the terminal was not what he expected. If you went there and see yourself, go think about it, how the terminal can convert that much of profit to the company? Dont talk about things that can be seen by the whole world, go into the reality and watch with your eyes. See what's actually going on...

I do believe that the company have a good future since monopoly market and Perak is under developing with a fast speed, but current for those who hold, better think wisely and think again, you have the holding power to hold for more than a year ?

Next week whole week confirmed continue down ~ because no one supporting this stock even the company themselves, if there know the report will be good, they just dont support and collect with cheaper price, if the report was bad, still not collecting because of high cost

My conclusion is PTRANS is good but not the time for it's second show yet, the first show already over.

Everybody watching on IT shares and Petrol shares, sell all PTRANS and go goreng with the market, then comeback again might still able to buy with the same price or even lower.

My decision was to take profit and continue watch the stock for further improvement. Mostly talking in this forum was holding for short. And i think that the holding power already came to end. END OF STORY ~ GOOD LUCK

One more thing that i know was the drivers or worker from PTRANS told me that recently the passengers were slightly lesser than normal period.

People keep saying that kampar terminal how good how good, but if you have friends in kampar you will know that kampar is still alive just because of the students in kampar and the numbers of students are decreasing since end of 2016. When the students having semester breaks, the hawkers in kampar may also faced loss. How the terminal survive when hawkers also faced loss ?

Segi uni is building a campus in ipoh nearby menglembu area, once they launched, i confirmed that students in kampar will decrease again because more and more student from perak going to Quest university. It's just a same case repeating again and again.

The next high fly expected to be on the end of 2018 when the terminal done and launched ( earliest ). But do bear in mind that, the company expected that the construction done by end of 2018 ( expected ), the facilities that mentioned done together on end of 2018 ? or need more time to continue the works ? Lots for renting already fully rented ? For all these reasons, i do expect that the next fly will only starts from mid of 2019.

Another case was i went to ipoh PTRANS station and sat there for the first day, the flow of passengers was not what i expected, The flow was lesser compared when i'm still in secondary school. The second day i took a trip with PTRANS, sitting whole day in the bus and roughly count through the flow of the trip, there's still a number of passengers during the trip but there's always someone didn't pay for the trip, it can be estimated that a minimum of 10% from the total had a free trip.

The coming QR should be also in green BUT not as what you guys expected. I don't give that high expectation in the coming QR so i sold earlier. The stock already start to sleep, it needs something very good to boost for another fly, shows for coming season already emphasized for petrol shares. You guys think a normal QR result will attract people to buy like previously ?

@jibkor told about before about the company empty issue, i went there for company cases and stay there for few days, everyday 9am 1pm 5pm i purposely went there for one hour to count the numbers of trucks passby the entrance, the number of trucks almost = 0, maybe it's doing some other parts in the site or there's plenty of materials bought earlier. But a normal site shouldn't be like this. My situation was because i already earning profit, so i sold earlier to maintain the profit since the shares were not moving for almost one month. There's so many opportunity in November, why should i take the risk for something that looks unstable? It's just my opinion.
