used to drink starbucks, but not that obsess to it. not satisfy with their coffee recently, i rather go for mccafe, which cheaper and taste better to me. further, the oil price and gst in next year could probably affect its business since the consumer purchasing power will be reduce. even oldtown food is not that cheap as well, but the price of a starbuck's frappe can let me enjoy a set of meal in oldtown already. Quarterly dividend will out soon. If price drop now, will show a higher dividend yield from calculation. After the split, shares have higher liquidity, fluctuation on price is expected. Just see how the following quarter result and dividend affect the share price if no other news coming out recently.
