Sureup888, dont be an idiot, property market is getting even worst compare to 2017 when Iwcity soar that much, the t&c of the project has also changed which benefit the gov but very bad for IWH-CREC especially they need to settle the purchase on the land in 3yrs instead of 7yrs, and affordable house increase from 5k to 10k units, all these are very bad for IWH-CREC.

Further more, there r many new office space coming from many other new launch e.g, KL 118 tower, TRX. And dont forget Botak like to take advantage on Ekovest by 'stealing' ekovest cash to his other companies like IWH n PLS.
