Just for recap. Raymond Chan bought this counter on 22/3. When he first bought Harvest, it went to as high as rm2. now slowing down. later he bought nicorp and price went as high as 0.75 from 8 sen and now he bought 22.9million shares in metronic as you all already known.
Harvest has slowed down. Nicorp few weeks back was a darling counters for speculators. Metronic time is around the corner. My guess is that it will remain as top 5 active counters for the next few weeks. Prices will definitely fluctuate as we cannot predict their move. ranges between rm0.30 to 0.50. sometimes market say something but reverse the following day. you make your own move and the risk is yours. no pain no gain. again no forcing others to read and buy.

PETALING JAYA: The trading volume of Metronic Global Bhd shares plummeted by almost 80% on Friday from a record 845 million on Wednesday after proprietary day traders (PDTs), including "stockists", were barred from dabbling in the shares of the company and that of its 11.7%-owned Ariantec Global (AGlobal).

A total of 181.73 million shares were transacted on Friday. The counter fell 17.6% or 4.5 sen to 21 sen despite the announcement the previous evening of businessman Datuk Raymond Chan Boon Siew having bought a 5.18% stake, or 32.9 million shares, in the company.

On Thursday, the counter saw a total volume of 348 million shares with its price hitting an intraday high of 31.5 sen (up almost three-fold from Tuesday's closing of 11 sen) before ending the day at 25.5 sen when news of the stockbroking firms' action surfaced.

On Friday, the number of AGlobal shares traded declined to 129.67 million shares from 209 million the previous day. The counter dropped 14.3% or two sen to close at 12 sen.

On Friday, SunBiz reported that several stockbroking firms had barred their PDTs from trading in Metronic and AGlobal, a move that also dampened sentiment in other penny stocks.

Commenting on Friday's trading in the two counters, a stockbroker said the volume has subsided because of the non-participation of PDTs and also fear of investigation by the authorities on the excessive speculation.

The lower volume transacted could also be due to concerns over Bursa Malaysia checking on the books of PDTs in the trading of the shares in these companies, he said.

As for now Chin Boon Long is the MD for Utopia and now having interest in Ingens. You are right. He tapau all from hardware to solutions which means he want to make make it the largest in this region.
In other tomorrow Ingens up Utopia up.

Its still not clear who pickup the entire share disposed by the former shareholders. I have checked in Bursa Malaysia on any latest announcement. Stated only those who disposed. Bursa will announce the new shareholders when they receive it from either the respective person or from the company itself.
If really what stated above take place Utopia and Ingens might work hand in hand with one objective.
I have figured it out since yesterday that the purchaser/s do not wish to up the price because he/she is using 11.5 sen as the bargaining price and by 7pm he got all the Directors to disposed theirs stakes 11.5sen. This is the best that I can tendered.
We are all anxious to know and just be patience for the next announcement. As mahes10 already posted that the price to go up by monday. Just look forward on the event tomorrow.

-BOD not in good terms. Decided to split. Manage to find a buyer however Landasan and Titanium not agreed. Price issue. They rather sold in open market compare to the very low price offered.
-Maybe appoint Jupiter to carry out this mission. Jupiter come up with a TP of 0.19. Very realistic isnt it.
-Push it up to 0.16 and start the ball rolling. Price before hovering between 0.09 to 0.11. A the meantime the interested party/ies entered through open market and also create a very high demand. Interested party/ies cannot buy in a big volume from sellers because price will move up significantly. Thay bought in may 50,100 or 500lots at a time like what you call distribution.
-Partly Lingkaran and Millinium also forced to throw to buyers. Thats why we see increase in buyers quantity being created for the past 3 consecutive days.
What retailers need to do???
Join hands and not to sell which will create a high demand. Price will move in tandem.
Any suggestion, just reply. Anyway this is just my theory. You are welcome to post yours.

Market nowadays very strange. Takeover process started through buying in the market. Create volumes first and see what happen next. No wonder they pancing/bait with substantial volume. Once they had enough, they approach the main substantial shareholders and discuss a possibility of a takeover using the latest price recorded.
To my humble knowledge, previously it is done through buying from existing shareholders and later declare to klse and start buying through open market if one wants to become a majority shareholder. Fact is that they really do it and once declared the price of subjected counter shoot up.
Well my friends, you have just entered the new game of Malaysia's corporate takeover master plan. For those who is still not clear, please read all my postings above. Lets wait and see who is going to declare that he/she is now the single majority shareholder. Only time will tell.
This is just an honest opinion. Any comment?? Let be open and discuss. I will post another exciting theory that might took place for this targeted counter in relation to why Lingkaran and Millinium took this drastic decision to disposed off their holding and pls relax and stay tune.

if not many seller they have to buy higher. hugh volume at 0.11, 0.105 and 0.10. they are taking opportunity and very very patience. if can hold just hold. if cant what to do.

long term PN10 and PN17 can change into darling counters. thats not the answer that the members here want to know. TP 0.19 came from jupiter not a secret anymore. What we are interested is whether Lintasan and Millanium finish their business with Jupiter. Thats all. Hope further clarification. Those who still and just hold very very anxious.
