Petaling Jaya (8 February 2013) – Property developer Dijaya Corporation Berhad (“Dijaya” or
“Company”) today announced that Wisdom 88 Sdn Bhd (“WSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Dijaya, has entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement with Danga Bay Sdn Bhd (“DBSB”) to regulate
