The Board of Directors of Straits ("Board") wishes to announce that Straits Marine Services Pte. Ltd. (“SMS”), a Subsidiary of the Company had on 9 June 2020 signed a Collaboration Agreement with Ecom Solution Pte Ltd. (“Ecom”) to offer and market the vessel disinfecting and sanitisation services against contaminants such as viruses, bacteria, mould, mildew and odour (“Services”) to vessels operators in Ports of Singapore and Malaysia (“Territory”) for a period of one (1) year and may be extended or terminated by mutual agreement between the Parties.
