rights issue > 6 share + 3 free warrant for every 8 existing share at rm0.50 each
existing share 10k at rm0.83 = rm8.3k
10k/8*6 = 7.5k share * rm0.50 = rm3.75k
price/share now (rm8.3k+rm3.75k)/17.5k share= rm0.689/share
so if we take rights issue, then we would end up having 17.5k share price of rm0.69/share plus having 3.75k free warrant????
