Paramjit was probably still collecting under other proxy names at cheap price, he probably have more than 50% of MSPORTS shares already, that is why he can confidently call for EGM to slot in his people. If he have less than 50%, no point calling for EGM to slot in his men, just waste of time and money.

dont worry about resignation, these are good sign. Meaning, Paramjit takeover is gaining momentum. People do not resign when there are fraud because if you resigned, law will still catch you because your offence is before your resignation. IF you have done something very wrong, you will probably stayed on to repair the damaged because if you have resigned, chances to "repair" wrong doing is zero.

if a company defaults on loan payment and goes into suspension because bank or supplier sued them, then we have some worries, here MSPORTS have no debts, no trouble with suppliers... plenty of cash and assets, just delay of accounts because some people request for additional audit, nothing to worry about.

I have not commented on this for a long time. Just few days before suspension, I bought in all that I can. Some of you worry cash is fake, accounts is fake... etc. Well, that is possible but there is a possibiity they are real too. BUT buildings are real for sure. Those buildings alone, when Paramjit can take over easily make a fortune out of them. So, nothing to worry about. MSPORTS is debt free, so you wont have to worry money/building grab by banks or creditors. Being a conman in China is not easy, when caught you think punishment is as mild as here ? If you have noticed, selling by Lin houzhi has stopped, he is now at the verge of losing control over MSPORTS. Either a friendly M&A or a hostile take over may commence anytime now.

Either way, MSPORTS share price will go up few folds based on the fact that MSPORTS is now sitting on a huge net cash of more than 50sen/share ( after minus those almost zero borrowings ) with additional factory building worth at least 30sen / share. I don't even want to talk about receivables and inventories.

MSPORTS share price is currently less than 6 sen, this is super grossly undervalued. Even if we want to be super negative, where worse case scenario if the RM300 million cash on hand is fake, surely those massive factories cant be fake because it is physically there... So we just take the factories. Pay 6 sen for 30sen, still one hell of a bargain.

However I believe the cash is real, meaning we are paying less than 6 sen for something worth more than 80 sen.

or... Mr Paramjit may try to just take over MSPORTS and liquidate it for its cashpile and factories and he is getting closer to gain control every day.

It seems like all the losses comes from their new apparels business venture, Evidoma. They are trying to diversify from Shoes but unfortunately did not work out well. This gives me more reason to believe they may try something even more drastic, merge with Permanis :) Mr Paramjit could be Erwin's proxy.

If we see another announcement of Paramajit increasing his stake, means things will get real nasty. Lin Houzhi will have no choice but to get aggressive to buy back as much shares as possible at any price ( unless some of you are willing to give him cheap ), otherwise he will lose MSPORTS cash pile and factories and land to Paramjit. From the transactions, it is very likely Paramjit is still buying and he is not stopping.

Malaysia market is just too small for Permanis and the likings of a global company like Asahi. I am sure Erwin as CEO of Permanis knew about this already and bought MSPORTS shares ahead of any M&A announcement.

From this morning transaction, can see clearly still large chunk of MSPORTS shares are still changing hands. Once dust settles, MSPORTS will shoot up for sure. IF you have money, just hang on to it.

I have a personal friend who were involved visiting them in China to verify that the money is real.

Trouble is some people kept on saying that the money is fake until people actually believe them, I doubt these people know what they are talking about, they are just making up stories. These people just want to talk negative, let me tell them, even if money is "fake" like they claim, just those factory buildings, easily worth more than 20sen/share. Since MSPORTS do not have any debts, if those factories are sold... easily take home more than 20sen/share from the current 5 sen. Maybe they will make up stories that all those buildings are made out of paper.

This kind of opportunity are hard to come by, when it comes... nobody wants it, after it left...then only they start to regret.

Because MSPORTS does not have much debts, and MSPORTS close business, those factories can easily be liquidated and shareholders handsomely rewarded. I don't think Lin Houzhi and Lin LiYang is so stupid to lose more than RM600K in just 2 month. Most likely those shares are transferred to sharks to goreng and I am sure they will get back their RM600K with some profits and with additional profits to the sharks, MSPORTS should easily go above 15sen. this is a very weird way of selling his stakes, he could have easily make a "nice" announcement ( fake one also never mind, remember last time KNM announce want to take private but never happen ), let MSPORTS share price goes up, then only dispose .BUT he choose to dispose violently crashing down MSPORTS price. What is he trying to do ? Very obvious he does not want MSPORTS price to go up.

There is another individual in that intention to deal announcement, Lin LiYing ( CEO of MSPORTS ), her announcement has yet to come out. Lets hope she mops up all the shares and do a management take over of the company.
