Acquisition Amt is 54.6 million Shares but EPF has been buying from additional source (possibly open market) for 3.5Million shares ...................making it now owns 58,181,700 shares

Its confirmed EPF bought 7.21% or 54.6 million shares.This translate to a broader local multi-investment institutions.

Fyi, unlike T&H&N, Bermaz/Mazda do not require to sell as many units as them to achieve simple percentage of growth. These are the reasons:

1)Current market share for Mazda is only 1.6%(this provide huge growth potentials)
2)Lesser/Lower marketing budgets adopted to achieve targeted sales (probably 1/10 of those bigger names). Thus making profits more achievable and in the end giving investors better returns). That's why it secured absolute thumbs' Up and Strong Buy Calls from Investors across the board.

Dear Bernard, I suggest you read this link(below) in detail. Investment Analysts expections is 5-6% annual growth in line with national GDP. However, a month on month growth on Bjauto Sales has surged 17.7% in January alone. This is way above analysts expectation.

Unless the ever important indicator which is reflected by a bigger Volume comes back as a sign of big renewed interest, I sincerely don't see any reason for the price to pick up.

Instead, a significant Drop in the Volume for the past week has only indicated Weaker future trading price particularly in the month of February. Thus, a Downward trend is highly possible.
The chart indicates that 4week low of @1.78 may be challenged under free market forces if the Trading Volume doesn't pick up soon.

There are a lot of assumption surrounding it...and its simply not convincing enough !
Surely it has potentials for a young company to grow. But maturity takes time, thus risk is naturally higher.

It may take another 6 to 9 months for this counter to move on to the next level. Hence I suspect it will stay "stagnant" during this period. We may even see some correction in the next earnings report come April/May.
And here's my projection, come FY ending Q4 April 2014.......we may even see a less than expected profit thus may render the valuation lower to possibly @1.75 (Silver's fair value). Yes, my personal take is it will go below analysts expectation. For now, 20% trading swings(1.68-1.98) is expected from now to April.

Being a young set up, this stock has a tendency of over-reacting the moment there's any announcement......Staying sideline I remained.....

Even though you want a quick buck for a beer, never get over-reacted, never get over-excited, never over-bought.
Nurture it and it will grow fine.....otherwise pay for your own beer !
