One of the conditions of private placement investor could be there should be no further conversions of warrants. Other wise the 10 % stake will get diluted over time with too many conversions. So keep GP price low and discourage warrant holders.

But we have to realize also that this virus has caused a shutdown of Industrial activity all around the world. Large parts of China are still under lockdown or slow transition to normal. India, whole country under lockdown. United states of America is 90% under stay home advisory. Italy, spain, France, Germany, U.K. and many other European countries also economic activity badly affected.
As such demand for non medical gloves are badly affected. It is the other side of the coin that we need to be very careful about. Most gloves companies are running full capacity making medical gloves. when the demand is met which could be in the next few months, I believe the industry may see a contraction due to over supply of medical gloves and poor demand for non medical gloves.
As for SBB as an indicator of share price going forward, maybe for the short term yes. But longer term may not be a good guide. Look at GKENT, always SBB but share price come down in the last few years from $4.00 to now at 66 sens. So beware !! SBB is no guarantee of future share price.

Just a word of caution. Medical gloves demand shoot up, everyone knows. But do beware, other gloves demand is going down, especially Industrial gloves. So many shutdowns in so many countries means industries are closing down or producing much less.
In my opinion now is a good time for investing in glove counters, especially supermx as it's pe is much lower than others and it has a strong market share in western countries. But invest some , do not invest too much. Must hold some cash, as you never know what is the effect of economic slowdown and much less demand in other glove sectors (non medical).
