U cant really say the uob statement is baseless, as they are more concern with their balance sheet, with my opinion. But, what I personally think is , these writers have no ideal how oil and gas company work especially those fabricator and fpso. To be more precise, armada osv segments is just a support division for fpso. For every fpso that moored for job , they need osv to support the functionality. Unlike alam, perdana , they rely 100% on driller or installer of rig operators to secure a job.

For every barrel of oil drilled, up to 30% rose 40% of the cost will be going to fpso if the drilling method is done by fpso. For instance , if oil price is 50usd when the deal is signed , about 20 usd per barrel will be going to fpso operator.

Regarding how they pay the debt is what I dont know.

The whole story from topgloves taking over to the jail term for Stanley is too dramatic. Would I believe that a high profile individual such as Stanley would be going to jail easily? Actually, this is wat the gamble house want for the call warrants, below the strike price which average below 3.10.

Seems like they are many people are clueless how the dividend is calculated, let me explain briefly and it apply to all stock u have.

There are 2 ways, how the company announce the dividend, as below,
1. In cents, such as 2 cents or 10 cents.
2. In percentage, such as 2 % or 10%. ( par value as the base price )

If a company announce in cents, assuming 2 cents per share, while u have 10k shares, u will get RM 200.00

If a company announce in %, assuming 2 %, while the company par value is RM 1, u will get 2% out of RM 1 par value, does not matter how much the mother share stand. Ifnu have 10k shares, u get RM 200.00

Until today, not a single news from supermax about their drop in share price. Perhaps, Stanley Thai shout stand out and tell us, was it anything related to the plant 10 and 11, which insider already know thus dump the shares as much as they can?

I do not think major shareholders would dump their shares, cause glove industry is very prone to m and a.

I still stubbornly believe, gloves and oil palm are malaysia major export, we can't afford to lose the market share, we have the best knowledges in these industrie . Our DOE policy allow us to expand in these industries, although pollution is undeniable big impact to us. We have great source of water supply, even without water supply, our soil easily supply us with human dig water fountains, which many big scales factory implement.

So, conclusion, why Kossan, topglove, harta can be traded at much higher PE than Supermx? When Supermx at the region of RM 3, I would think that this lower PE among peers could be due to slower company expansion, as we know, gloves industry is boring and only volume of productions make the noise.

When last quarter result was about 30% lower than previous, I was thinking it could be some backlog orders that yet to be realised or it could be any sort of impairement. But, based on current price movement, I believe it could be something else or, it could be just nothing such as price manipulation.

If nothing wrong with their factories , accounts are clean, I would just assume it would rebound, which is what I hope.
