These directors need to get themselves better tax consultants. High tax free dividends, most of which go back to themselves, are better than high taxable pay.

@iQBE189, the tens of millions of cheap stock options is nothing new. Go tally up what they pay themselves over the last few years and compare it with the dividends payouts.

@topseeker, not only do they operate their gambling shops via their concessions, they also sell the gaming machines to other gambling shops as well and in many countries too, making it a far better risk than the single country environment that B. Toto and Magnum operate.

@skyz, all three are cash generating outfits. take a look at their free cash flows. B. Toto dividend payout is 83% of net profits, Magnum close to 100%. Compare that with RGB. As for the directors pay and stock options vis a vis the net profit and the dividend payout, RGB wins hands down.

RGB management has much to learn from Magnum and Berjaya Toto. Good cash rich gaming companies pay dividends every quarter.
