No LU until PP has gone through. They will try to suppress price until PP done. Why?
Its to allow PP to happen at lower price. Whoever that is keen for PP would have allocated funds at certain price and if the VWAP goes too high will probably deter the PP from happening. PP always gives the investor a handsome discount from market price.

IWH holding shares in Iwcity wont cause iwcity share price to go up.
This is because IWH is a shareholder in IWCITY.
If you have shares in IWCITY u are also shareholder.. so will you striking a lottery cause iwcity shares to increase? Logically no..
If IWCITY share price goes up, that will reflect in your nett worth.. not the other way round.
Only time iwcity share price will go up is if LKH injects iwh into iwcity because then the revenue generated by iwh will be reflected in iwcity's books.
For now it doesnt because IWH is IWH, how much revenue, how much nett profit, it all doesnt get considered in iwcity.

This year till Q3 already 33.6mil.. definitely YOY already improved d even without last quarter. Unless last quarter loss.. highly unlikely..

the last round iwcity shares soared at the mention of BM was due to the fact that LKH tried to inject IWH into IWCITY to raise fund.

Why price shot up was solely due to Market sentiment n the publics' bet on LKH injecting IWH into IWCITY BERHAD (Public Listed).

the only thing linking them is they have the same owner LKH.

Yesterday afternoon sell down likely due to the tension between US and China. All funds are cautious to hold equities now as outlook for a trade deal is not looking too positive. Trump and his "deal making" skills is tanking their relationship with China.
Funds are trying to trim their exposure and keep their equity holdings low.
We'll see the trend again today. Likely to mirror yesterday's.

All punters or investors here? Chill first.. those buy high one take chance to average down. Day trade one cant help it.
Wait for QR.. 2 more weeks or so only

Ifca has been moving the past 2 days. QR is near and prices have been moving 7-8% a day. There must be wind for price to move. And further based on what their CEO said during the interview whereby he is confident their revenue will be comparable to previous performance in 2015 I deduce that QR must have something to show.
I might be wrong but look at the share price movement past few months.. doesnt it tell us something?

CEO says performance highly possible to be like GST era.. even if its 50% of previous it will be good. Share price can be 80-90c if their books can do 50% of previous revenue.

Heard QR is pretty good

Hard to go back to GST era as that was new implementation of GST plus the recurrent system maintenance revenue. GST implementation is one off huge chunk of revenue which contributes strongly to their share price of 1.80 at that time.

Currently with their new approach towards sme.. If QR is nice should be able to hit 60c easily. 70-80 would be outstanding. 1.80 is abit too far fetched for now.

85-90c will be a good price to average down again i guess. Injecting IWH into IWCITY is inevitable. either Iwcity or Ekovest.

Nobody knows what is going on internally. Unless got anyone here working in iwcity/iwh? If not its jz speculation. But iwcity is likely to be part of BM along side with alot other contruction companies. So far no Malaysian company has a capacity of that size 140b to eat the whole pie. So I'm pretty sure many contruction companies will benefit together for this mega project. But like I said it's also a speculation or a calculated guess. No solid prove to support. Only can hope for the best.

Dear all Iwcity investors/punters/supporters, please note that Bandar Malaysia mega project does NOT involve Iwcity. It only involves IWH which is privately owned by LKH and thus will not effect the share price of Iwcity. The only way its gonna benefit Iwcity is IF LKH finally injects IWH into Iwcity which has been his agenda for quite some time now. So unless there's news of that, any movement of share price is solely based on speculation and speculation only. But a RM140B project like that will not only involve IWH n crec. It will likely involve multiple companies.
