Sanichi set up 2 subsidiaries, Asia Glare Pte Ltd in S'pore and Sanichi Capital Sdn Bhd. Ringgit weakening further benefits sanichi's export division and encouraging more potential purchase of m'sian properties. Lots of rich indonesians hide their money in s'pore and now looking to divest their billions to m'sia. Same trend with china chinese being forced by australia gov to sell real estates and next in canada because skyhigh prices pushed by chinamen. Property players in m'sia will benefit from foreigners buying of real estates in the country.

How much worth its assets and ongoing projects? Both its export and property arms should be able to cushion each other.
