Extracted from Phillip Capital Management Sdn Bhd Stock Snippet â?? BENALEC. Does this explain why the management disposed the share?
"We like Benalecâ??s highly scalable business model especially in
current uncertain business environment, it will only reclaim with
secured buyers. In order to finance the project, Benalec will
need to raise fund of approximately RM400m out of which 25%
from private placement of shares by next week and the balance
from debt financing. It will need to pay about RM200m land
premium to obtain the title of the undersea land so that it can
start the land sales.
Reiterate â??Strong Buyâ??
With the strong track records of reclamation works of >2,000
acres in Malacca and its strong visibility and accretive earnings
in the future, we think the valuation is cheap at its current PE of
10x FYâ??12 EPS. Therefore, we reiterate â??Strong Buyâ??."

AirAsia collect the airport tax on behalf of MAHB, and will pay to MAHB thereafter. This is common practice by other airline in other countries. In some country, the airlines dont collect the tax on behalf. Hence the passenger needs to pay airport tax separately when they check in and board.
Currently, AirAsia has anti airport tax increment campaign to fight against the airport tax by MAHB. You can see it at AirAsia facebook. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150493998727387&set=a.126637407386.141139.18801397386&type=1&theater
