inmagine last time under utilized the capacity, now just improve the capacity and export it with good price with min incremental cost as most of the cost are sunk cost.

Annjoo price increased more than double to rm2.50 but earning not reported. this counter reported good earning and future earning visibility but price so low.

simple as that improve the under utilization of the capacity and use it for export, export sugar commodity price now is very high. Similar like other commodity counters i.e.steel counters, all steel counters price double up aldy. but this counter is the most undervalue and the price is still so low

if base on the price last quarter avg is about usd0.14, coming quarter sugar commodity price should be at usd0.17, 20% up already.

Ambank increased the target price by 114% from 0.56 to 1.20. if the next quarter result is good, the share price easily hit RM2. base on the current sugar commodity price up 20% from Dec 2020, the coming quarter result would be superb

the profit is sustainable and will be paying div soon. base on their div record, div is 10cent to 20cent a year
