NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF SCHEME CREDITORS#

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by a Court Order dated 9th
May 2013 (as extended by Order dated 8th

November 2013) the High Court has directed the Applicants to convene separate meetings for their
respective creditors (as defined in the Schemes of Arrangement) to consider and if thought fit, approve,
with or without modification, the Schemes of Arrangement proposed between the Applicants and their
Scheme Creditors.

hereby give notice to their Scheme Creditors of meetings to be held on 18th
March 2014 at 10.00 am
at B-5-9, Megan Avenue 11, No.12 Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.

A copy of the Schemes of Arrangement and the statement required to be furnished pursuant to Section
177 of the Companies Act, 1965 are incorporated in the Explanatory Statement of which this notice forms
part.

Scheme Creditors may vote in person at the meeting they are entitled to attend or they may appoint a
proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A copy of the Form of Proxy is attached with the Explanatory
Statement. Forms appointing proxies must be lodged at the Registered Office of the Applicants at
Ground Floor, 8, Lorong University B, Section 16, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan not less
than forty eight (48) hours before the time appointed for the relevant Scheme Creditors’ meeting. If the
Forms of Proxy are not lodged, they may be handed to the Chairman at the relevant Scheme Creditors’
meetings.

Further to the Company's announcements made on 1 and 2 November 2012 ("First Announcement ") in compliance with Paragraph 4.1 of PN17 and announcements made on 2 December 2013, 23 December 2013, 24 December 2013 and the Requisite Announcement made by M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) on 2 December 2013.

The Board of Directors of Patimas wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 23 December 2013, decided to allow the Company’s appeal and granted an extension of time until 28 February 2014, to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
The Company is now in the midst of finalising the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.
This announcement is dated 2 January 2014.

From the regulation plan... it will be 10:1. So if relisted it also wont make big money - only wont lose out the investment money

dont put too much hope. Probably will delisted. These company do not have any action toward it company profit for years.. Now facing delisted only came out many plan to save it from delisted. Bursa not stupid man..
