U r dam right stocktrader ! Why wld a controlling shareholder sell out a company unless there are full of shit in it ? For Alcom you need not go further.. just study the acquirer's modus operandi in previous takeover that Kian Joo case ....to accumulate cash to buy over a company they need to pump up BOTH acquirer and acquiree share prices .... for Alcom is no brainer that price will go up at least 1.5x to 2.0x from its takeover price of $0.61

Cftrader you r damn smart... just to let u know one thing abt toll concessions... every time there is a toll rates increase it doesnt mean the concessionaire gets all the benefits... 2/3 actually go to the Govt ... so you need to redo yr IRR

better bet is still SP Setia .... long established with proven records

i did a quick simple calculation in event Putrajaya Perdana's story is true .... TP should be between RM0.40 to RM1.00....
