The Group posted its highest ever revenue of RM2.2 billion for the financial year ended 31 July 2016 (“FY16”), which is an increase of 12.3% over the previous year.

All three geographical markets recorded higher turnover growth year-on-year –

The impairments were related to
i) provision for deposits paid for the then proposed acquisition of 20%-stake in a solar power plant in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and
ii) its 12.1% investment in London-listed Seeing Machines Limited (“SML”) based on the latter’s closing share price of GBP0.0413 on 31 July 2016 against the acquisition price of GBP0.052 in March 2016. Note that the share price of SML has since risen to GBP0.056 as
at 27 September 2016.

1st) Msia Company always released Right issue + Free Warrant or just gv Free warrant to existing shareholder... therefore "warrant is something that the company give u this amount of price to buy warrant" is wrong.. Its free.. Value is determined from Share Price...

2nd) there will be a Exercise Value set prior to issuance of Warrant... Warrant is "Son" and Share is his "Mum",... base on ur example... Company will set a exercise value at RM 6.4, Son is RM 1.60 den if you wan to convert to Mum den RM 1.6 + RM 6.4 = RM 8,,,, There is no gain... its impossible to earn a profit at RM 6.40... Son not equal to Mum, you cannot consider ur "Son" is "Mum".. You Need To Convert Your SON to MUM just can said ITS MUM and sell as a MUM...

2nd...... if VS price lesser than exercise price which is 1.65... den there is no price adjustment on VS price...... If VS price is 1.70 (>1.65) den the price will adjust to {(1.70 x 4) + 1.65} / 5 = RM 1.69

1st... Warrant is FREE.. there is no value for it.... so we all existing shareholder decide the VS-WA price.. we sell at how much den its how much... we only can count the "reasonable value" .. For example... now exercise price is 1.65... if VS raise till 1.70... The "reasonable value" of VS WA is 0.05 lor...... SO ... 1st listed date of WA.. the limit up is 0.305... IF we all ONLY queue to sell at 0.305.... and trade done on 0.305... DEN the 1st day Open price and Closed price is 0.305.. understand?
