@alvin1188, Thank you for your thoughts regarding my analysis.
However, I disagree on your rebuttal for revenue drop through type of fabric involved.
Based on my readings, Prolexus has over 25 years of experience in knitwear business and their customer connection should be as good its counterparts.
Let us not blame the ups and downs of the industry with regards to poor survival decisions.

What intrigues me the most is, how did Prolexus went ahead during the pandemic with its new products that resulted in extraordinary profits but failed to maintained it.
What happened in between that period of time? Who was there back then? Why the spark of brilliance died off?
Why the fall came to quick?

Thats why i always say that Prolexus failed to make hay while the sun was shining back then.

I share my analysis for everyone to benefit. However, its up to individuals' decision making.
Personally, i feel that Prolexus has missed their chance to make hay when the sun shined.
Nevertheless, its up to its boss to turn things around their favor again.
Not sure why he hvnt sack his poor performing executive directors.

Finally, after the one month delay, the financial quarterly result is out.

If my calculation is right, somebody just ate 27,000 to 29,000 lots from 0.515 to 0.58 straight.
B% was 70-100%. With average price of 0.54, that could be around RM 1.4 mil to 1.56mil.
I wonder who could that be?

@maxhoi: I understand the emotion involved as a trader. But, sometimes fundamental analysis is important for us to know when to hold or cut. I hope i am wrong too because I know the pain of losing hard earned money in the market, but, the delay of QR makes me to think otherwise. The technical looks like its about to plunge below 0.48 by closing.

@jojo69: The profit margin for apparel is relatively low. Based on my study, taking the current range of USD-MYR conversion rate, the QR tends to go negative every time the revenue drops below RM 60 million. Last quarter and the quarter before fabric mask inclusion seems to be OK due to:
1) higher profit margin of the fabric mask
2) textile factory loss margin reduced due to inter-segment sales (due to fabric mask)

@alvin1188 checked with the management to know whether NIKE & Asics were still there but, he did not ask whether the orders have reduced or not. Because, numbers do not lie and the numbers tell us that the revenue has been decreasing.

Cant comment on the BI strategy but, from my observation, if the company is trying to boost the price through BI, it is a bad move indeed.

Trade with risk control. If you are a technical trader, you know that the chart looks terrible.
Trade safe.

Not in a position to advise for cut lost. Trade with caution. Protect your capital first and know your holding strength. If my calculation is right and the QR is bad, many holders will sell.
Technical wise, it looks terrible for the price to rebound any soon.

Agree with karadis. Delay QR until friday by speculating that the market will cool down by monday, is tactically wrong.
The monthly candle pattern looks terrible. It will take a miracle to rebound sooner.
I fear that i was slightly lenient on my forecast QR analysis. The delay in QR announcement makes me to doubt that the results could be worse than shown my calculation.
If the apparel section did not profit this time, the textile section may drag their loss even further to - 6million.
That will be a disaster!

Director selling gives a negative sentiment. However, if you are pure technical trader, the current setup is a low risk:high return entry. My previous sharing on the trade setup is still valid.

YC88: No one is right or wrong. But, the difference between us is, you hoped, where i calculated to confirm my assumption.

I think QR release today evening.
Market sentiment is terrible today, has chance to rebound tomorrow. So, if QR turns out to be bad, it gives chance for some investors to swallow the bitter pill, cut loss and move to the next trade tomorrow.

The more DBinvest does the zzzz thingy, the more it confirms the bad QR projection.
Why would DBinvest try to stop new investors from reading comments and opinions before they make a decision to buy a stock?
I like healthy arguments not childish comments. If my analysis is wrong, DBinvest should counter it.
Very disappointed.

YC88: Yes. I agree with that statement. But, it implies only for stocks and businesses with good prospects. I personally would look like an imbecile if i say that for the current Serba or Sapura.

@karadis, this @alvin1188 cant defend himself now. If the qr is bad as how we have calculated, he will disappear after qr announce.
I noticed that @dbinvest put similar zzzzz comments in many forums as well. Useless.

@jason, My humble advise, wait for the qr first. You may get it at cheaper price.

Expecting QR today or tomorrow evening.

Thanks to the 'clever' cummulative revenue reporting style by Prolexus CFO in the quaterly reports to conceal its declining revenues, we had to put in extra effort to study the trend for each income stream.

0.32 to 0.33 should hold if JAG still in uptrend.
This could be the reason of why the upcoming PP is placed at 0.33.

YT needs to quickly secure these orders before companies like Solution overtake YT. The national vaccination programme is progressing fast and timing is crucial. YT cannot make the best of their advantage if they delay further. I hope the top management of YT sees my comment.

waterbro: They could be referring to Solution's CanSino vaccine.
YT's management need to be on their toes in this race. Best is to seal vaccine supply deals with Pahang and Melaka state govts first at this moment. Estimate Pahang 1.5 million and Melaka 0.8 million population.
Then, make arrangements with Tourism ministry to get tourism industry related shots.
I believe with their current connections, this can be done. They should secure the market.
