Justin Ngo, first thing we should ask ourself,why the FS unable to finalise and submit to Bursa? Apparently cooking FS hardly to proof at External Auditor review...A lot of Company doin biz at oversea at bills of sale is not apppropriate in legal requirement. Another counter again...SC should improve more ruling on this at least enhance the protection for investor like us
