Meaning you can use 1360 shares of ICULS to get a 1000 share of mother without topping up.
How the calculation would be like converting to mother share?

if i own 4500 at RM2.471 total RM11.2K,
in order to minimize losses
22500 ICULS at RM0.50 total RM11250 (need to buy)
then i get the offer price share (OPS)
4500 at RM0.50 total RM2250 (need to buy)
End up i get 9000 mother share (sellable) and 22500 ICULS (locked for 5 years)!!!!

9% Divident means wat
if i invest RM10K before EXDate = 2200 shares at 4.45
divident of 9% = 9790 x 9% = rm881.1???
