In one of their comment the Japanese boss is working on frozen food business... If this is true then in future it will counter the slump in restaurant division post MCO. All frozen food company makes decent profit. Just take a look at Kawan.

Last weekend went to shop at Padini@1U, to my surprise can see a lot people shopping.. I also cannot resist and buy a few. Nowadays, the competition is high but the strategy is right. The important thing is the price is right and the quality is not compromise which will attract more consumer. The fittest will survive in this market. As an investor most importantly the dividend is paid and looking forward for the management to do their job to make it better :)

I went to MidValley last weekend and saw Yoshinoya was open and it is good business. Today look like the share price is going to jump. Get ready for the RM2.00 mark.

This morning both Texchem and Old town is at the same price 1.67. Texchem announce 10cents dividend and Old Town 3cents. Which one is better? I believed both also good and they are undervalue. I do hold some Old Town and it's about time to zoom now.

I think after today closing it will start to push up even further. So don't be too late and miss the boat.

Duit, thanks and will keep an eye on your suggestion. I don't think it is crazy when you call 150-300% on Texchem. In fact I started commenting this counter years back (can check my comment). Cheers everyone! Good announcement. Better than I expected. Lucky that I bought when it drop during the recent sell down. Will see how much it will go up next level this time round. The dividend is really good. The stock is a good buy in my opinion.
