This company recently had a fatality case at one of its sites. Looking at the report, seriously its governance person doesn't play a good role in reporting instead falsify the truth. Can it be the same as financial reporting, I just curious. Just imagine how bad the management control the issues. The same controlling handicap would reflect the company's reputation. Particularly its share price.
