Bhd (“MMHE”) commenced two (2) separate adjudication proceedings under CIPAA against E.A Technique (M) Berhad (“EAT”) for additional work performed under the Contract pursuant to Additional Work Orders (AWOs). In the first Adjudication proceedings, it was determined by the Adjudicator on 27 May 2019 that MMHE is entitled to payment in the principal sum of USD21,520,006.38 together with interests and costs (“1st CIPAA Decision”). In the second Adjudication proceedings, it was determined by the Adjudicator on 4 December 2019 that MMHE is entitled to payment in the principal sum of USD6,066,995.71 together with interests and costs (“2nd CIPAA Decision”).

Based on last few batch of prices move up for O&G counter in bursa, MHB always lag behind, hope this round will be differ as more investors are aware of the potential value of the Co especially its subsidiary of Petronas group of Co.

MHB floating shares are very less, probably less then 20% of it total issued shares. I just hope major shareholder (MISC) will privatize it later given the extremely low prices and trading at much lower then the NTA and price to book value with cash in hand of RM0.28 per share. I think our investment risk are quite low taking into their monopoly business in Msia and their NTA of RM2.36 per share vs today closing of RM0.64, will accumulate more if the price drop further.
