Look at OcnCash (another non woven producer) qr. Weak fundamentals with qr way worse than Tekseng. Tekseng will for sure rise!!

Compared to another non woven producer TekSeng which has better fundamentals (way higher PAT) but share price for both is around the same. TekSeng will rise high!!

Most likely the 1.65 will not be approved.
2 scenarios next - offer a price higher than 1.65
or discontinue the privatization.
